At Latifia Bazar, we operate on a drop shipping business model, where products are sourced directly from wholesalers after order placement. As a result, our return and refund policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction while considering the policies of our suppliers. Please read the policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If the product is damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing fault, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
• A clear unboxing video and photos of the damaged product are required as proof.

Wrong Product Received:

• If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours with images of the product and packaging.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Missing Items in Order:

• If any item is missing from your order, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the received package.
• We will verify with the supplier and either send the missing item or process a partial refund.

Returns for reasons such as “changed mind,” “no longer needed,” or “ordered by mistake” are not accepted due to the nature of our drop shipping business model.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

• Customized or Personalized Items (e.g., printed T-shirts with custom text or designs).
• Books & Magazines (unless damaged in transit).
• Innerwear & Hijabs/Burkas (for hygiene reasons).
• Items with signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging.

Please ensure you review the product details before purchasing.

3. Return Process

If your return request meets the eligibility criteria:

• Provide order details, images, and an unboxing video as proof.

Approval & Return Instructions:

• Once approved, we will provide a return shipping address (based on the supplier’s location).

Inspection & Resolution:

• After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process a replacement or refund accordingly.
• The inspection process may take 5-7 business days.

If the supplier does not accept returns, we may offer a partial refund or an alternative resolution.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

• The item is out of stock after the order has been placed.
• The supplier fails to ship the item within the estimated time.
• The item is damaged or incorrect, and a return/replacement is not possible.

Refund Processing Time:

• For prepaid orders: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
• For COD orders: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).

5. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

After Shipping: Once the item is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If an order is lost in transit, we will either reship the item or issue a full refund.

If the courier service marks the order as delivered, but the customer has not received it, we will initiate an investigation.
